Men's Health Cove Featured Listing Terms & Conditions
This Terms and conditions Agreement is entered into by and between:
1. Avora Now Limited, the parent company of Men's Health Cove (the "Directory"), with its registered address at Darwin Road, W54BA, United Kingdom ("Directory"), and;
2. The Brand ("Client"), who has purchased a featured listing plan on Menshealthcove.com
WHEREAS:
- The Directory provides an online platform to promote men's health brands, offering enhanced visibility through it’s website located at menshealthcove.com
- The Client desires to engage the Directory for featured listing services under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in England in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.

Featured listings are marked with a "featured" badge, highlighted higher up on the Directory's homepage, a
- Enhanced reach and trust.
- The ability to further optimize profile information.
5. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to the following payment options:
- $34.99 per month (monthly subscription), or:
- $399.99 per year (annual subscription).
Men's Health Cove reserves the right to increase its monthly cost for featured listings at any time, for any reason, but namely for:
- Increased featured listing demand
- Increased traffic to our website
6. Non-Refundable Sales
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable.
8. Payment Processor
Payments will be processed by creem.io, our merchant of record that uses Stripe's secure payment technology to process payments.
9. Custom Placement Fees
Brands may opt to pay a custom, higher rate for prioritized featured placement within the Directory’s homepage. Such arrangements shall be confirmed and governed by these terms through electronic communication (e.g., Discord, email).
10. Cancellation
Either party may terminate this Agreement or subscription at any time, effective immediately, by providing notice to the other party via electronic mail. Upon termination, the Brand will be removed as a featured listing on the Menshealthhub directory.
11. Term and Renewal
This is a rolling month-to-month agreement that auto-renews from the date on which the brand purchases this featured listing subscription plan.
12. Authority to Purchase
The individual purchasing a featured listing on behalf of the Brand warrants that they have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and terms and conditions on behalf of the brand.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Directory shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Directory, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Directory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Data Used
The Brand's data may be used for marketing purposes and to improve the Directory's services for its website visitors.
15. Blog Post Feature Fees
The Brand may choose to pay one-off fees for "featured" listings under or within specific blog posts. The fee will be decided upon by the directory via electronic communication, and be bound by this agreement.
16. Bidding & Outbidding
Brands may bid for a top-five position on the Men's Health Cove directory. If another brand outbids your current rate, you will receive a notification via email or Discord. You will then have the option to increase your monthly fee to reclaim a top-five spot.
How Bidding Works:
- A brand currently holds a top-five position at $34.99/month.
- A competing brand outbids them by paying $40.99/month.
- The original brand chooses to outbid again, increasing their fee to $59.99/month.
- If another brand outbids them again at $69.99/month, they must continue paying their last chosen bid amount unless they cancel their subscription or increase their bid again.
Important Notes:
- Outbid brands will not be automatically downgraded to a lower fee. The last bid price remains in effect until the subscription is canceled or another bid is placed.
- Bids are non-refundable and apply to the upcoming billing cycle.
- Brands may cancel or increase their bid at any time, but they cannot return to a lower price unless they are outbid again.
By bidding for a featured position, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
